The campground is a 25000 square meters flat park, with shade and exuberant vegetation of pines, eucalyptus, palms and mimosas. A beautiful beach is lying right in front of the campsite.
Kastraki is also ideal for families where the youngest members can enjoy their freedom to the fullest. Sunshine, blue sea, fine beach, crystal waters, swimming, tranquility will be enjoyed by everybody.
Thanks to the strategic location of the camping, it is also easy to visit some of Greece’s most important archaeological places and beautiful towns.
Mycenae, Tirynth, Epidaurus, Nafplion and Athens can be seen in a day’s visit. Spetses and Hydra islands can be visited on a day cruise, from the port of Tolo.
Camping Kastraki is situated in Ancient Asini in the area named Kastraki. It is the coastal region of Asini, with its wide Plaka beach, an oasis in the prefecture of Argolis.
Adjacent to the campsite, in a rock by the sea, stand the cyclopean walls of Ancient Asini citadel. The campsite was named after the area, due to it’s close proximity to the castle. Kastraki in Greek means ‘a small castle”. The camping is located along a 200m beach with sand, small pebbles and crystal clear waters. Rich vegetation of pine trees, eucalyptus, mimosas shade all of our flat pitches.
The villages of Tolo, Asini and Drepano are within 1Km distance. The historical and beautiful city of Nafplion is 10 Km away.
The crystal clear water of the beautiful sea along with the beautiful beach right in front of the camping place will make your vacation unforgettable.
The sea is suitable for all kinds of activities, like swimming, fishing, windsurfing and diving. The pebbles and the stones make the waters perfect for snorkeling exploring the aqua llife.
If you have a speed boat you can also visit the uninhabited islands nearby and swim or sunbath in their isolated sandy beaches. You may also rent a pedal boat, a jet ski or diving equipment in Tolo beach just in a walking distance from the camping place.
